Most of the anxiety around ordering a kitchen comes from not knowing what happens next. Here is every stage, in order, with what you should expect at each one — and what should worry you if it is missing.
1 · The first conversation
A call or WhatsApp message. We ask your city, the type of property, the approximate size and the budget you have in mind. Free, and it commits you to nothing. We give an indicative range here — never a firm price, because any figure before measuring is a guess.
2 · The measuring visit
A technician comes and measures the walls, the corners, the electrical outlets, the water and gas points and the extraction position himself. We do not build from measurements sent to us, because an error of two centimetres shows up as a gap you look at every day.
He also looks at how the kitchen is entered and used — which changes what we recommend.
3 · The 3D design
You see the kitchen before you pay a riyal: the real colours, the unit layout, shelf heights, and where the oven, fridge and extractor sit. Revisions are unlimited at this stage, because changing a drawing is free and changing a manufactured cabinet is not.
4 · The itemised quotation
Not one opaque number, but a table: board type and thickness, edge banding, hinge and runner models, worktop, lead time and warranty — plus what is not included, stated explicitly.
5 · Manufacturing
Cutting, edge banding, drilling and assembly in our own factory. No subcontractor. Typical timing: seven to twelve working days for formica, ten to eighteen for acrylic and metal, eighteen to twenty-eight for solid timber — because multi-coat finishing cannot be rushed without failing.
6 · Delivery and installation
Our own crew, the same crew in all four cities. One to two days for an average kitchen, two to three for solid timber. We do not hand your kitchen to a local contractor whose work we have not seen — and most complaints in this industry are installation faults, not manufacturing faults.
7 · Handover and inspection with you
We open and close every door and drawer in front of you, adjust the hinges, and hand over the written warranty certificate. This is the stage cheap suppliers skip.
8 · After handover
Hinges settle in the first weeks of use. A single adjustment visit is normal and is included. Keep the specification sheet we give you — board type, colour reference, hinge model — because it makes any future addition match instead of looking like an afterthought.
