About us
Custom Kitchens in Riyadh — Designed, Built and Installed by Modern Palace
Modern Palace is an integrated kitchen factory in Riyadh — we supply our own materials, cut, assemble and install with our own team. No middleman, no subcontractor. That is what lets us control the board, the edge banding and the hardware: exactly the three items quietly downgraded in cheap quotes.
Since 2015 we have delivered more than 5,000 kitchens to over 15,000 customers. We work in kitchens only — which is why we mastered seven materials: aluminium, acrylic, formica, acrylic with formica, treated wood, glass, plain saj and saj 5 cm.
Every project starts with a free 3D design so you see your kitchen before a single panel is cut. We also handle commercial kitchens for restaurants and cafés, and B2B projects for designers and contractors — with a written 10-year warranty across Riyadh, Al-Ahsa, Buraidah and Hail.
KITCHEN MATERIALS
Seven materials — we recommend the right one for your space and budget
Materials
Not every material suits every kitchen. Humidity, sunlight, daily use and budget all change the answer. Tell us your space and we will narrow it down honestly — including the option that costs us less.
Why us
Kitchen design with the latest technology
Four reasons a Modern Palace kitchen is an easy decision
We manufacture aluminium, acrylic, wood, glass, formica and saj kitchens inside our own facility in Riyadh — from the first measurement to maintenance years later.

Precise installation and a 10-year warranty
Qualified installation teams fit your kitchen on site and align every door and drawer so the result matches the drawing. After handover you keep a 10-year workmanship warranty and a maintenance team that responds quickly — the thing our customers mention most in their Google reviews.

Our own production line — no subcontractors
We supply our own materials and cut, treat and finish every panel in our own facility. Full control over manufacturing is what keeps quality consistent and deadlines reliable: two months from contract to handover, and more than 5,000 kitchens delivered across Riyadh.

A design consultation before a single panel is cut
We measure your space and learn how you actually use your kitchen, then produce a layout that fits your daily movement. You approve the plan, materials and colours before manufacturing starts — so there are no surprises at handover.

Seven kitchen types from one supplier
Glossy acrylic, moisture-resistant aluminium, warm wood, budget-friendly formica, modern glass or durable saj — our team helps you choose what suits your budget and the way you cook, and explains the difference between each material before you decide.
The kitchen types we build
Seven materials — and we recommend the one that suits your space, not the priciest
There is no best material in the abstract — there is a material best suited to your space, your usage and your budget. We build seven: treated wood, tempered glass, aluminium and alumetal, acrylic, formica, acrylic combined with formica, and saj steel. Layouts differ as much as materials do: single run, L-shape, U-shape, parallel runs and island — and each shape dictates a different distribution of worktop and storage. We measure at your home in Riyadh, Al-Ahsa, Buraydah and Hail, and show you a free 3D design before you pay anything.
Glass Kitchens
Tempered glass opens up small spaces and never fades — and why we never use untempered glass.
Acrylic Kitchens
Deep gloss that does not dull in sunlight, 200+ colours — and how to tell genuine acrylic from the imitation.
Formica Kitchens
The smart budget choice — when formica is the right decision, and the difference between one formica and another.
Acrylic & Formica Kitchens
Acrylic fronts on a formica carcass — the full acrylic look at a lower cost, and where we never economise.
Treated Wood Kitchens
What laminate cannot copy — sealed for Riyadh heat and Al-Ahsa humidity, with carving and detail on request.
Saj Steel Kitchens
Durable metal at a lower price than aluminium — plain or 5 cm, and we recommend after seeing the space.
Aluminium Kitchens
Rust free and unaffected by heat — the best-suited material for Riyadh, Al-Ahsa, Buraidah and Hail, in 200+ colours.

Clean work and they kept to the schedule. The kitchen came out better than the design I saw, and the materials are solid — clearly built to last.
I dealt with other companies before them. The difference is they explain every detail before starting. They measured, produced a design, and only began after I approved it.
My kitchen is small and I was worried the space would be wasted. It turned out roomier than I imagined — they used every corner, even the one I thought was dead space.
The price was itemised and written from the start, so there were no surprises. And the installation was by their own team, not outside contractors.
What I liked most is the hardware — the drawers close softly and the hinges are excellent. A year and a half on, the kitchen looks like day one.
